What we collect

Application data

When you submit the form on /apply, we collect the answers you give us: founder name(s), email, age, the city and country you build from, links to anything you've shipped (LinkedIn, GitHub, demo URLs, video pitch), team description, the problem you're solving, and your two consent checkboxes.

Technical data

Standard request metadata when you load a page: IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site up, fight abuse, and produce aggregate analytics.

Cookies & local storage

We use first-party local storage for small UX state (e.g. remembering that you've already seen the home-page preloader so we don't play it twice). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. Third-party services described below may set their own cookies — see each provider's policy for detail.

Why we collect it

• To review your application and contact you about it.
• To send you cohort updates, deadlines, and decisions if you opted in to communications.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To comply with applicable law and respond to legal requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models. We will not share your application contents with anyone outside the selection panel and the program organizers without your explicit consent.

Third-party processors we rely on

Telegram (application notifications)

When you submit the form, a copy of your application is also sent to a private Telegram group used by the program organizers, so the selection panel is notified immediately. It is delivered server-to-server via the Telegram Bot API and is visible only to members of that private group. Telegram processes the message content on its infrastructure under telegram.org/privacy.

Google Sheets (application intake)

Submitted applications are forwarded to a private Google Sheet owned by the program organizers, via a server-to-server webhook. Access is limited to the selection panel.

Hosting & delivery

The site is hosted on commodity infrastructure and served behind a CDN. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, path, status) are generated for security and reliability. TODO — name the final hosting / CDN provider once production deploy lands.

How long we keep it

• Application data: kept for the duration of the selection process for the cohort you applied to, plus up to 24 months afterwards so we can re-contact strong applicants for the next cohort. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
• Email communications: kept while you remain subscribed, plus a short legal retention window after unsubscribe.
• Server/security logs: typically 30–90 days.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@0house.vc from the same address you used to apply, and tell us which right you want to exercise.

Children

If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or legal guardian is aware that you are applying. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16; if you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify applicants by email. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
